Pricing or Typographical Errors We work hard to provide accurate Product and pricing information to you. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Risks All investments involve risk; Coins and Bullion are no exception. The value of a Bullion Coin e. American Eagles or Canadian Maple Leafs is affected by many economic factors, including the current market price of Bullion, the perceived scarcity of the Coins and other factors. Some of these factors include the quality, and current demand and general market sentiment. Therefore, because both Bullion and Coins can go down in price as well as up, investing in them may not be suitable for everyone. Because all investments, including Bullion and Coins, can decline in value, you should understand them well, and have adequate cash reserves and disposable income before considering a Bullion or Coin investment. Please consult your financial advisor. APMEX does guarantee that every item that we sell is genuine and that all Precious Metal items do contain the weight, fineness, and purity that we have advertised. However, all investments, of every type, involve some level of risk and Precious Metals are no exception. Like many markets, the Precious Metals market is speculative, and it is unregulated. The value of any Bullion item is generally determined by current spot price of the underlying Precious Metal and by the supply and demand for these particular items. These prices will fluctuate throughout the day while the Precious Metals market is open. If you are considering purchasing Precious Metals as an investment, you should assess the stability of the current market and contact your financial advisor for all advice. Definitions The following terms have the following meanings in these T&C: 1. The term “APMEX” means APMEX, Inc. The term “Bullion” is used to describe (1) Gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium Coin(s) which closely follow spot prices and have little or no Numismatic value (such as restrikes); and (2) the form in which metal is shaped such as bars, ingots or wafers. The term “Coin(s)” means a stamped piece of metal of a known weight and fineness issued for commerce by a sovereign government. The term “Fair Market Value” means the Fair Market Value of the Product as determined by APMEX, in its reasonable discretion, as of 5:00 p. The term “Numismatic Coin(s)” means a Coin, the price of which depends more in its (their) rarity, condition, dates, and mint marks than on their gold or silver content, if any. The term “Precious Metal” means Gold, Silver and Platinum along with the Platinum group of elements: rhodium, osmium, ruthenium, Palladium and iridium. Precious Metals are characteristically lustrous, ductile, rare and nonreactive. The term “Semi-Numismatic” means a Coin that has both Bullion and Numismatic value. General Absence of Relationship. No other relationship, including, without limitation, any agent-principal relationship, any employee-employer relationship, any franchisee-franchisor relationship, any joint venture relationship or any partnership relationship, between APMEX and you exists. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these T&C without the prior written consent of APMEX, which may be granted or withheld by APMEX in its sole discretion. This contract, including but not limited to the T&C, shall be binding on all permitted assigns and successors of APMEX and you. It is APMEX’s goal that any disagreement or dispute be resolved expeditiously. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any and all disagreements and disputes between us shall be resolved in accordance with the following paragraphs: (a) Forum Selection and Governing Law. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those federal and state courts for the purpose of resolving any disagreements or disputes between us and waive all objections to the jurisdiction of such federal and state courts. Any action arising out of or relating to these T&C shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of laws principles. (b) Waiver of Jury Trial; Arbitration. If APMEX cannot perform any obligation hereunder as a result of any event that is beyond its control, APMEX’s delay or failure to perform such obligation shall be excused and APMEX shall not be liable for any damages as a result of, or in connection with, such delay or such failure. You shall execute and deliver such other documents and take such other actions as may be reasonably requested by APMEX to carry out your obligations under these T&C. Vesuvius Volcano is located in the Gulf of Naples, Italy, and it is one of several volcanoes which form the Campanian volcanic arc. The coin features Ultra High Relief, antique finish and mintage is extremely limited to only 688 pcs worldwide! This unique and extremely rare Silver coin features the Vesuvius Volcano, with an insert of a piece of lava with an amazing ultra high relief design. The coins obverse depicts the Raphael Maklouf effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the monetary denomination and recall the reverse design. Vesuvius Volcano Mount Vesuvius, on the west coast of Italy, is the only active volcano on mainland Europe. It is best known because of the eruption in A. 79 that destroyed the city of Pompeii. Mount Vesuvius is considered to be one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world due to the large population of the city of Naples and the surrounding towns on the slopes nearby. The volcano is classed as a complex stratovolcano because its eruptions typically involve explosive eruptions as well as pyroclastic flows. Vesuvius and other Italian volcanoes, such as Campi Flegrei and Stromboli, are part of the Campanian volcanic arc. The Campanian arc sits on a tectonic boundary where the African plate is being subducted beneath the Eurasian plate. Under Vesuvius, scientists have detected a tear in the African plate. This slab window allows heat from the Earths mantle layer to melt the rock of the African plate building up pressure that causes violent explosive eruptions. In the past, Mount Vesuvius has had a roughly 20-year eruption cycle, but the last serious eruption was in 1944. Niue 2011 The Villa of the Mysteries of Pompeii 335g (11.41oz) 9 Silver Coin Set

Niue 2011 The Villa of the Mysteries of Pompeii 335g (11.41oz) 9 Silver Coin Set. 355g (11.415oz) total. 41 x 336 mm total. The coin set “Villa of Mysteries in Pompeii” is simply beautiful, over 11 ounces of pure silver (355 g). It consists of 9, according to the villa’s frescoes, edgeless color printed bars, of 3 different sizes, which all put together form one coin unit. The largest commemorative coins of the world! In the first century the Roman Empire contains many cities, but none in a more beautiful setting than the cities and towns lining the Bay of Naples. On the 24th of August, 79 A. Volcanic ash spews from Mt. Pompeii and nearby Herculaneum disappear from the face of the earth. Gradually grass and vines cover the land where the towns stood. The local people eventually forget even the name of the buried towns. Herculaneum was rediscovered in 1738 and Pompeii in 1748. By the mid-eighteenth century, when scholars made the journey to Naples and reported on the findings, the imagination of Europe was ignited. Suddenly, the classical world was in vogue. Philosophy, art, architecture, literature, and even fashion drew upon the discoveries of Pompeii and Herculaneum for inspiration; the Neoclassical movement was under way. This villa, built around a central peristyle court and surrounded by terraces, is much like other large villas of Pompeii. However, it contains one very unusual feature; a room decorated with beautiful and strange scenes. This room, known to us as “The Initiation Chamber, ” measures 15 by 25 feet and is located in the front right portion of the villa. The Villa is named for the paintings in one room of the residence. This space may have been a triclinium, and is decorated with very fine frescoes. Although the actual subject of the frescoes is hotly debated, the most common interpretation of the images is scenes of the initiation of a woman into a special cult of Dionysus, a mystery cult that required specific rites and rituals to become a member. It’s a 2 oz silver. 999 piece with ultra-high relief 8 mm and a real lava inlay, superbly crafted for the most demanding collectors! The unique dome and convex-shaped design is dedicated to Volcano Vesuvius, Italy, known as the only active volcano in mainland Europe. The worldwide mintage is limited to only 688 pieces! The convex obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Elizabeth II surrounded by the following inscriptions: the Queen’s name, the coin’s issuing year and country. Among the other legends, there are: the name of the coin, its face value and metal fineness. Notable for its unique lava inlay, the reverse is more like the incredible crater of the Vesuvius, than a coin side. The crater nowadays has a diameter of 700m, a circumference of 12km and is 200m deep. The original volcano was probably destroyed by its eruption 79 A. When the streams of lava buried Pompeii and Herculaneum. The coin is a real catch for those enjoying high relief coins with antique finish – it displays the volcano surface in stunning detail.
