The coin has a wonderful High Relief, has a beautiful Red-Gold plating and comes in an themed wooden case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage to only 99 pieces worldwide! The reverse of the coin features Spartacus fighting on his horse followed by the Roman army. Some details of the coin are emphasized by Red-Gold plating to reproduce the blood poured in battle. The obverse of the coin features map with the movements of the commanders army and depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Spartacus Spartacus was a Thracian gladiator who, along with the Gauls Crixus, Gannicus, Castus, and Oenomaus, was one of the escaped slave leaders in the Third Servile War, a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic.
